Recipes with essential oils mentioned in the video:

Expectorant chest oil for children/adults
50 ml almond/olive oil
Children: max. 14 drops (from 3 years) of essential oils (benzoin Siam, lavender fine, cajeput, thyme linalool)
Adults: max. 30 drops

Lavender/manuka/tea tree mixture
Mix oils in equal quantities and add 1 drop of this mixture to a little honey 3 times a day and suck slowly

Cajeput inhalation
Children: mix 5 ml olive oil with 1 drop of cajeput
Adults: pure if possible
Tear a strip from a handkerchief, drip a drop of oil onto it and wrap it up so that the oil is in the middle. Then place in one or two nostrils at the entrance. Inhale deeply. Looks funny, but is very effective!
